After they replaced my heater matrix it failed less than a year later. They agreed to have a look at it as it shouldn't fail in that time. After waiting in the waiting room for hours I went to their bathroom which meant I had to walk past my car which had a number of "mechanics" standing around it whilst it gushed steam and water everywhere. I walked over and turned it off then asked what they were doing. They explained that they were warming it up. At that point I thought it best to tell them that it had a pressurised cooling system and therefore needed to have the cap on otherwise it would not
