I was brought up in a family that loved to cook and eat paella! I feel very privileged to be running a business that brings this wonderful Spanish tradition to my clients here in the south-east of England. My passion is bringing people together over tasty, traditional paella - the way my family used to.
Paella Fella catered for our wedding in last weekend and despite January weather delivered a 1st class service. I ordered a last minute paella from Nick and the team today and they were amazing and so accommodating to my request. I was seeing clients and taking lunch to them for us to have over a business meeting. They (and I) loved the food and thought it was all delicious and wonderfully prepared. To be able to take the pan away and return at a later point was an unexpected surprise and really gave the wow factor when I arrived. I’ll definitely be ordering again, thank you!

Thank you so much to the entire team at Paella Fella for helping us with our wedding! From the beginning of the journey, ironing out details and giving us all the information we needed to create a beautiful event, to the end, the team was nothing but professional, helpful, kind and focused on achieving the best results for us. And it is safe to say they delivered above and beyond that! Food was fantastic (all guests not only raved about the food, but went back for more!), drinks went down a treat (sangria was a highlight for many) and the staff was just fantastic. I have regularly relied on Paella Fella when hosting family events where I want to be spending precious time with my guests, not in the kitchen slaving over a hot oven! I have always been impressed with the service, the prompt delivery and of course the paella which has been authentic and delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paella Fella to cater for any event, big or small.

I first discovered Paella Fellas when they delivered four amazing paellas to our campsite to feed a group of almost 60 people. The food was so fabulous, I booked them for my 40th birthday party two months later. The guys delivering the food were absolutely brilliant. I can not thank them enough for their professionalism. Paella Fellas ensured that all my guests were fed without a fuss. Not to mention how absolutely delicious the paella was! Will definitely be using them again for future big functions.
