Very nice hotel however on the day of arrival we phoned the hotel to ask if we could check in early where we were told we would be able to. After a long journey arriving at the time agreed between myself and gentleman we were greeted and told we couldn't check in for another 3 hours. Very poor communication and staff shouldn't be promising the customers without delivering.

Nice rooms but the spa is really what drew us to this hotel. When we arrived they told us the spa was closed until January 3rd, no proper communication about this for guests prior to arrival. I guess this is to stop cancellations. Are you going to tell guests your spa and gym facilities are closed until January 3rd? Pretty shocked at how abysmally that's been handled. No communication at all. The hotel stay itself wasn't particularly memorable, staff pretty disengaged and not that friendly either. Comfy bed and nice bathroom but not worth the cost.

My partner and I stayed at the Titanic Hotel last week for two nights. It's a beautifully decorated hotel, in an industrial style and with nautical touches. The staff were lovely, the room and amenities were very clean. My partner is a light sleeper and was woken a few times with what we can only assume was dock noise or pipes. As this is such an old building, a few noises are only to be expected and it wouldn't put me off staying again. The food was also really tasty in the grill within the hotel. Loved our stay!

What a fabulous hotel.
On arrival greeted by friendly and helpful staff. A bottle of chilled wine waiting for us in our room. Ample parking on site with visible security.
Spacious and well maintained, individual rooms are huge with large bathrooms, bath, shower, double sink.
Nice bar and restaurant, again, great staff both in the front custoner facing side as well as cleaners and chefs.
My only tiny negative, no fault of the hotel was not being able to use what looked like an amazing pool and spa area.
Overall, a great stay for 2 nights, comfortable room and bed and a very reasonable price

Wanted a quite classy out of town hotel. I would have thought £285 buys you that. Oh no.. dance music coming through from next room till midnight and clubbers returning at various times in the morning. Why put the old gits next to the lift lobby? Surely stick the grey folk at one end of the corridor and those who can only afford to wear belts at the other end. The £50 for two breakfast was about as good as a £5 McDs. I won't be back but it's probably no loss to the management.

Spent 3 nights at the gorgeous Titanic Hotel for my birthday. The building itself is beautiful! Rooms are huge and spacious. Loved the addition of a bathtub too! We also booked a trip to the Spa and enjoyed the jacuzzi pool followed by an hours couple massage! Would not hesitate to book again when staying in Liverpool. It is pricey but worth it in my opinion 👍🏽

The Titanic Hotel is a fabulous hotel to stay in. Myself and my wife are frequent visitors and can't recommend this place highly enough. We have had the pleasure of staying in hotels all over the world and this place is definitelyin my top 5. Special recognition should go to the concierge Damien. Fantastic guy and will do anything he can to make your stay enjoyable. Lorraine and all the bar staff are superb. Lorraine is very attentive and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Finally Neil.....he is one of real nice guys on the planet and is well worthy of his recent promotion. All the

Would have given 10 stars if I could! The hotel is extremely impressive, we loved all the titanic memorabilia. Our room was beautiful, very big everything we would need and the bed was very comfy, we slept like babies!
The restaurant was beautiful very well laid out and we both agreed that it was the best meal we have ever had. The breakfast was also 10/10.
And the spa! We felt like celebrities, we already can’t wait for our next visit.

Hotel is fantastic. Our superior room was very spacious with a separate bath and shower. Rooms well appointed with exposed brick ceiling. Ate evening meal in hotel restaurant, although choice limited food was excellent. Staff were attentive, very polite and helpful. Overall experience was fantastic and will definitely stay again.
