I called Groomfield Enquiring about work and if there was any positions available I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Mitch and he informed me about a position that would be available the application process for swift and quick and since then He is always happy to help and is quick responsive I have been consistently met with polite manner any time that I had to speak 🗣 to anyone in the office it’s been a pleasant experience, any questions and queries I’ve had have been dealt with an extremely professional manor and it’s quite refreshing to be honest.

I signed to groomfield through a friend telling about them and I do have to say Nikki has been lovely and very helpful they have put me in a job that I absolutely love and there always checking in to see how I am getting on aswell, I would suggest joining groomfield to anyone because the staff and everything are brilliant, now I’m in a place of work and I’m happiest I have ever been in a job

In as much as I wish to write a good review about this agency, I can't, because of my experience with Mitch @ Groomfield. Mitch was not aware that international student
1. Are allowed by law to work full time hours outside term term
2. Are allowed to work full time hours upon completion of school whiles having a valid student visa.
Listening to Mitch exposing so much ignorance about UKVI rules makes me question whether he received any training at all. Please international students, avoid them at all cost, they are total time wasters. Look for agencies more abreast with UKVI rules. This agency

Came in for an appointment, for which the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. I was told my cv would be send off for a job role and that somebody would be in touch with me regarding this. I had to email to chase this as nobody had got in touch with me as Informed. I was contacted on the 28th of June by Emily who then told that it had been… chased and that someone would get back to me regarding it, which never happened. Over a month later and I haven’t heard anything back, no emails, nothing.
