After a few months of losing hope in finding myself a new job during COVID, let alone one that suited my skills and interests, Karla Watts from Midas contacted me with a perfectly suited role, and pushed and encouraged both myself and the employer to get interviews organised for the same day! My second interview was within the 48 hours, and no longer than 2 hours after the second interview I was offered the job. I was contacted by Midas after they saw my CV online with a role they thought I might be suitable for. Usually when I've had contact from agencies the role they are contacting me about is not one I'm suitable for. However, in this case Midas had a role for which I had the relevant experience and for which I was well suited. Never even once helped me find work. When I joined in January 2019, I thought I would be hired within two to three months, lack of communication and lack of helping people with disabilities, Hope Covid-19 puts them out of business.
