I have been regularly using Lisa and the team for over 15 years and always found them to be punctual, welcoming and professional. During the last year (Covid19 era) I found them exceptional and they adhered to all the required advice and regulations, using the relevant PPE and keeping everyone safe.
You will be hard pushed to find a better Airport Taxi company.

Faz took me to Heathrow T2 today, very friendly, we had a good conversation for the whole trip, even some recommendations where to eat around Heathrow on my way back. Car was on time , clean and covid safe. Will be using again next time we need to get to the airport.

I have used Connect Cars several times in the past few years and can’t recommend them enough. Both Lisa and Faz are friendly yet professional and safe drivers. The cars are clean and spacious and help is given with heavy suitcases when needed! They arrived on time and checked prior to pick up for confirmation of collection times and locations. I will continue to use them when I need a ride to airports or stations in the future.

I met Lisa over 7 years ago now. The service is just excellent. Always on time. Goes above and beyond with her services. Dropping me to work in Birmingham. I cannot recommend this company enough. So reliable. Lisa has excellent customer service skills. You won’t be disappointed when using this company.
