Called for a taxi on New year's, received a follow up phone call from a lady operator to be told the taxi was waiting outside and where were we. We had been waiting outside for approx 5 mins by this point (I did accidentally say 10, which was wrong) which I relayed to the taxi firm. The lady I was speaking to then implied that I had made some sort of mistake and made reference to the fact that I only called 5 mins ago and said they would speak to the driver. Driver turned up 2 mins later.

An excellent and very professional service. Screen in place to separate the front of the cab from the back, driver wearing a mask and a card reader that accepts contactless card payments. All allowing minimal contact between myself and the driver during this pandemic. Highly recommend!
