Matthew James and company ensure that when we market your property it is given the best opportunity of achieving the highest price possible under the prevailing market conditions by placing all our properties on the UK's most successful property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and Prime Location and will include floor plans, professional photography, video and virtual tours together with written details.
The issuing of all paperwork relating to the tenancy deposit, terms and conditions of the scheme and guide thereof. Overseeing the contract signing and the issuing of all legally required forms and certificates, to include gas safe certificate, electrical safety certificate and the energy performance certificate.

We used Matthew James to rent a property in London and it was essentially the best experience I've had with an agency. I've recently exchanged on the sale of my house having marketed and sold it with Matthew James. I had 5 agents come to value the property. All bar Matthew James were local agents and on the face of it, it would have appeared to make sense to secure the services of one of those. However, I was very taken by a number of things about Matthew James that I couldn't ignore. 1. Their sell rate 2. Flexibility on fee and term of contract 3. Best in the area. And I interviewed multiple estate agents using the same brief as a leveller! For lack of a better word, they are not w*nky like the rest of them, they add the human touch, professional, understanding, efficient and helpful. I’m surprised they haven’t grown into a London wide chain yet as I recommend for everyone to be their customer.

I was a tenant in a Matthew James managed property for seven years in the Tufnell Park area. During that whole time they were outstanding in their service. They were reliable and acted with integrity. They were very fair in how they conducted the relationship between us and the landlord. They went above and beyond in every respect. They were extremely flexible when we had changes of tenants within the group.

I have been meaning to give some feedback on the service received from Matthew James since moving to my flat a few weeks ago. It is by far the best experience of agency usage I have had. Polite, efficient and consistent and ensured that all requests I had prior to moving in were fulfilled (and more).
