Our residential care focuses on maintaining lifestyle choices and empowering people to enjoy life to the full. Although many people are staying at home longer within our setting residents are able to sustain and build new friendships and relationships both within and outside of the home. This again enables residents to continue hobbies and pastimes they have had.
At Holme Manor we are delighted to offer respite and day care. This offers bespoke personalised care to meet the needs of the person with dementia in a friendly, stimulating and safe environment.
