At TK Fabrications, we specialise in CNC machining, with the bespoke engineering capacity to produce complex low-to-medium batch plastic and composite parts. Whether you require custom prototypes or end-use production components, our complete range of CNC machinery will produce superior parts with absolute precision.
Using CNC turning centres, our engineers can create custom prototypes and end-use components featuring axial and radial holes, flats, slots and grooves for various applications and industries. Our bar-fed CNC turning centres can work with bar stock up to 65mm in diameter and billets up to 130mm in diameter.
In order to complement our CNC engineering capabilities, at TK Fabrications we also feature a number of semi-automatic and manual machines, operated by our highly-skilled in-house engineers. Manual milling and turning allows us to provide our customers with a quicker turnaround. So, it is ideal for those requiring a cost-effective one-off prototype, or a low-volume batch of plastic or composite parts.
Our skilled engineers can cut raw materials to specific sizes, in line with the bespoke product requirements of our customers. Our cutting techniques are both cost-effective and energy efficient, resulting in uniform, straight edges with no tapering.
