Research has shown that a child's first five years directly impacts their adolescent physical, behavioural and and cognitive development. During this period we can have the biggest impact on a person's life and our goal at Montessorians is to provide the best possible start to life for all of our children.
Central to this is promoting independence for our children to pursue their natural impulses and encouraging their enjoyment of learning. For a child to become independent they need to be in an environment that makes them feel capable, respected and supported. Showing a child how to do things and giving them unlimited opportunities to play.

Services
The Montessorians approach is providing an environment prepared to meet the needs of the child's development. Coupled with a practitioner to guide each child to find their natural path of development. Within this space there are very few limits to the child's freedom and decision-making. Children freely interact with their environment, taking an activity and interacting with it until they find a satisfactory outcome.
Montessorians have been advocating children's independence through quality childcare and education for 25 years. We believe in having the very best natural resources and provision within each nursery. We have coupled with qualified and attentive educators that we continuously invest in to deliver the best early years education, childcare and safeguarding.
Montessorians' nurseries are approved childcare providers so that we offer funding for all eligible families. In addition, we accept childcare vouchers from all providers and tax free childcare accounts. You can claim up to 30 hours of funded childcare from the start of the term after your child turns 3. Should you meet the criteria, you'll be entitled to up to 30 hours of funded childcare a week (1,140 hours per year).
A part of our philosophy at Montessorians is the understand that every child is unique. They have their own personalities, likes, dislikes and strengths. It is our duty to observe and understand each child, to support their growth and development. We constantly observe and assess our children in partnership with our parents.
