The company was born out of frustration - it was clear at the time that student accommodation was an after-thought for most businesses, an add-on to an existing Estate Agent and something that caused more inconvenience than it was worth. We can guarantee that you'll receive your rent each month with our Rent Guarantee Service. We're experts in everything student accommodation. We know the Canterbury property market better than most and we can guarantee your rental income. We can take away the day-to-day management, remove the prospect of void periods and even take on the responsibility for maintaining the property.

I have had great experiences with all of the team at Varsity and have been with them for 2 years and 2 different properties. Sophie was friendly, helpful and overall great at taking us to show a range of house viewings within different price ranges and areas, and for giving us as much information as possible. Elizabeth was prompt and informative with the admin side of the contracts. And George has been fast, professional and attentive as the maintenance manager - helping us to quickly solve any issues with the property that arose, leasing with the landlord, checking in to make sure the work had
