Based at the JC Metalworks facility, our team of manufacturing specialists all work together to create finished products in large volumes for our clients, from design and engineering, through to packaging, assembly and despatching those items to the client or their preferred destination.

JC Metalworks as a precision sheet metal subcontractor was formed in 1986 by Jack Chauhan. The company was built on four main principles - maintained to this day. These principles make up a culture that is reflected throughout all areas of the manufacturing services undertaken by JC Metalworks. Through the use of skilled, modern, precision engineering design techniques, our specialist in-house design engineers take a product design concept or idea from a client and turn them into fully specified and engineered product design drawings ready for their precision metal work manufacture and fabrication.
Manufacturing metal work in high volumes, and indeed product manufacturing per se, often involves the juggling of many elements of production all at once in order to create a final finished and assembled unit.
