We can work from 0.5mm to 25.0mm mm thick material in mild steel, 0.5mm to 15.0mm stainless steel and 0.5mm to 12.0mm Aluminium sheet.
Adcam Fabrications has a 12,500sq foot dedicated welding facility with individual welding bays. There is a 50-meter overhead crane which runs the full length of the building and is operational from each bay. Larger assemblies are always constructed on specialist Sigmund welding benches or machined floor plates to ensure all items are accurately aligned for both straightness and square.
Adcam Fabrications has a fully enclosed water-backed environmentally friendly spray booth allowing us to spray both a wet paint system and a powder coating system in the same enclosed area. This gives greater flexibility-reducing changeover times making us more cost effective and minimising emissions.
Adcam Fabrications have a long history of producing high specification products for defence ministries throughout the world. We have worked on various naval projects for both surface vessels and submarines, from large banks of cubicles and consoles to very intricate sub-assemblies all of which are produced to fine tolerances and exacting finishes to meet the clients' specifications.
