Services
Our design centre is close to our manufacturing facilities and all are housed in our 45k square foot production facility allowing a smooth flow of work from design and onto cutting, fabrication, machining, grinding, stress relieving, shot blasting and painting. With quality built in at each stage we are able to meet the needs of all our customers right through to our own logistics team to support collection and delivery to clients.
We pride ourselves on being a 'go to' supplier of full service engineered solutions from receipt of your design through to delivery at your requested location. We offer full service project management and from receipt of your design or idea we will manage your project all the way through to delivery, location and installation.
With a team of experienced designers utilising the latest CAD software we can convert customer ideas into full manufacturing layouts for onward manufacture. Modelling and alternative designs are easily accommodated and encouraged whilst searching for the optimum solution at this early stage. Customer contact and reviews allow this critical step in the process to run smoothly into a seamless manufacturing process.
Our high precision cutting division offers both laser and profile cutting to suit demanding requirements. We can accept CAD drawings that are fed directly into the manufacturing system which will reduce lead times for customers. Operating with a 6kW fibre laser and 2 plasma cutting machines we can deal with a very wide range of material types and thicknesses.
Our team have been fabricating in our workshop for over 50 years. The experience and knowledge gained over these years in today's fast-paced business world. We have four large fabrication cells serviced with cranes up to 35 tonne capacity an a clearance height of 7m. With over 40,000 sq ft in our four large fabrication cells we are able to cope with some very large and demanding structures.
