The first meeting with Tony, I was convinced of his honesty and the approach he took in advising me on how to move forward with finding a property for rental purposes and also finding new tenants, as this was a total new experience and new venture for me. Tony & his team defiantly lived up to it. They kept me thoroughly informed at each stage of the process. Had a great experience with Tony Paul. Very professional staff who do a thorough job. I was thoroughly impressed by how well they conducted the vetting process and helped me a lot to find my new tenants in what was quite a turbulent time. The price charged was also reasonable.

Selling a house can be traumatic at the best of times - let alone in a pandemic - so we are very pleased that we chose Tony and Paul to handle our sale. Their professionalism was clear from the outset. Unlike other agencies, they set a realistic asking price and then worked flat out to get a sale (STC) in days. From then on they supported us throughout the process. They kept us informed of all developments and when we had questions they were always available by email and phone. Their positive attitude reassured us especially when we got jittery!

We were so lucky we bought a property sold by Tony Paul Estate Agents. I received so much support during the process from the viewing to completion. Tony was very proactive and was sending regular updates via email - he was often a step ahead our broker or solicitor and was making sure the sites are not going around in circles. We were looked after very well and I feel this service is well above standard. Excellent Estate Agents.

I have purchased and sold many properties over the years and this is the first time I dealt with Tony Paul's. I can honestly say that this was the best agent I have dealt with. I had some challenges and the team supported me all the way to smoothly complete a purchase. They also trusted what I was telling them (other agents would typically question motives and reasons and you don't feel there is a build of trust). As a buyer, I was very happy to see they trusted my offer, did not do silly things like trying to bring other people to the property and start a bidding war etc etc, they just did what

We have rented from TonyPaul agency and the agent Siobhan Bowden was very helpful from the beginning even though there are no fees to pay to the agency due to COVID-19 rules, but she has made a huge effort towards our application which went successful. also the agent who was in charge of the viewing was very helpful and had provided us with lots of useful information.

I would say I am very happy with the services that I get from Tony Paul Estate Agents as a whole. They were always been very thorough in the process and services.
