Overlooking Boothwood Reservoir (hence the name) and situated close to Junction 22 (M62), Boothwood Boarding Kennels & Cattery is something of a landmark in the Calder Valley. Pets from Halifax, Ripponden, Oldham and Rochdale are regular guests and we are always happy to see new faces.

Mint and Minnie love Boothwood. They never stop talking about Sally and Kirsty when they leave and sleep solidly for 48 hours.. too much pup partying going on! 🤣

Brilliant kennels, my dog is always well looked after. she is always so excited to stay and drags us up the steps on arrival. lovely owners and very friendly. would highly recommend this kennels. great surroundings, plenty of land for them to walk your dog.

Boothwood are brilliant with our very fussy and feisty furball. They are very obviously 'dog people' as only those are able to handle him. He always comes back happy and shattered. He loves the field to run around in. Brilliant

Our dog Dallas has recently had a two week stay here for the first time. Communication when booking was prompt & friendly and it was easy to get him booked in. He has a few very minor medical conditions which… weren't a problem and put me at ease. He has a tendency to pine if we are away but looked very happy and well when we picked him up, and has even eaten more than we can get him to at home! Peace of mind to know how settled he was. The kennels were clean and neat and the staff welcoming. We will definitely use them again. Thank you
