The acquisition of a commercial property, whether on a freehold or leasehold basis, should be accompanied by an in-depth understanding of the condition of the building or development. Owners and/or occupiers of commercial premises, office suites, retail units, industrial and warehousing space etc. Leasehold owner/tenants of commercial premises who have a responsibility to maintain the property.

Using our expert knowledge regarding a building's nature, structure and usage, we will apply our understanding to determine the cause of the problem and offer advice on the most appropriate remedial work.
Tim Greenwood and Associates act on behalf of landlords in the preparation of Terminal Schedules of Dilapidations, including Statements of Claim, across the South East of England. Where necessary, we can also engage third party specialists, including mechanical, electrical, structural and environmental engineers to ensure that any Schedule prepared is comprehensive and accurate, setting out in full the scope of any claim against lessees.
