During your child's time with us a keyperson is allocated to work with children and their parents to build relationships, observe and assess each child to support their personal learning and development. This allows key staff to build up a complete picture of each child, their personal interests and their progress.
It enables your child to relate to the adults around them and therefore helps them to settle into pre-school quickly. The keyperson can concentrate on developing children's interests and achievements by planning for specific areas for each individual child.

An Annual General Meeting is held in the Autumn term where we have a rolling programme of electing Trustees (committee members), in line with our charitable status. Recruitment for committee posts is generally undertaken through publicity in the childcare settings and during the admissions meetings however we are also keen to approach individuals for co-option if there is a mutual interest.
Several events and activities are held throughout the year to help raise funds towards premises, equipment & items for use by children, staff and parents. Regular fundraising activities include: Red Day, Race Night, Summer Fair, Sponsored Storywalk, Funday, 50:50 raffle, sale of uniform/clothing items and Tempest photography.
