We would like to thank Frank for his fantastic help and support in providing South Avon Canoe Club with the Qualsafe Two day activity first aid course. We all found it very informative and Frank as usual provide some real life insights mixed with a sense of fun, humour and interesting role play. Thank you again for all your help and support.

I have just attended the 1 day First Aid Training course with Frank Woods. Our the years I have attended many such courses, and I admit that I wasn't particularly looking forward to the experience. HOWEVER, Frank managed to present the course in a fun, interactive and very informative way, using a variety of learning techniques. I would highly recommend OTS.

I never expected to enjoy first aid training as much as I did with OTS. Frank is not only very knowledgeable but also really cares about what he is doing. As well as teaching you what you need to know, he also makes sure you understand the reasons for each step. The whole course was engaging, informative and, due to Frank's passion and personal teaching style, a lot of fun too!

Frank is a born communicator! What a fantastic two day training course he provided for our skate-park team. What a depth of knowledge he has. He kept us engaged for the whole two days, (a major feat in itself!) Highly recommend Frank and the team at OTS Training. We are all now passionate first aiders!

This has been, without a doubt, the best first aid course that I have attended. The teaching was considerate, fun and clever, wrapped up in what can only be described as passion and a life time of dedication shown by our trainer. Thank you for bringing to life real situations and inspiring confidence in me as I walked out of the door.

Attended a first aid at work level 3 with these guys in October.
Cannot recommend highly enough; Frank, our trainer for the day, himself a paramedic and paramedic trainer, was excellent; striking a balance of seriousness of subject with a delivery that made the day fun.
Confidence high that I could help if need arises, and maybe safe a life! Total value for money.
