Harry's gets his name from our dear old friend Harry who was a much loved horse who sadly passed away last year and his nature and love is what we offer in his memory. Much love Harry. Made to feel welcome the second we stepped foot in the door taking one of my clients I care for who usually goes to costa thought we would try this and we were very impressed and he loved the cake selection and priced very well definitely coming back and more importantly support our local businesses

Such a lovely place. My daughter and I stopped in after picking up a click and collect nearby just to escape the cold. We ordered a hot chocolate and chai tea and the owner(?)/barista made an extra, super-special hot chocolate for my four year old. He let us sit for a moment so she could eat the toppings, just before we got up to leave she twisted to say something and it crashed to the floor! We were both devastated and the owner was absolutely amazing about it all. He cleaned it up, reassured my daughter that it was only an accident and made her a knew one. This is the type of business I love

I have been into this coffee house a few times and I am seriously impressed. It has a lovely atmosphere and the owner is most welcoming. I had not been in for a while but today I came in and felt most welcomed, like there was a recognition that I had been in before. In these days, the ambiance of a place (despite our situation) is really important to me. I want to go somewhere where I can still smile (even though my smile is hidden) and have a rapport with the owner. I get that from this place and once Lockdown is lifted, I will make this my regular coffee go to in Southbourne. Combined with Mark
