I'm not sure why but I thought I had done a review 4 years ago, I may have done it on another site but I don't remember.
Myself and my partner wanted to give 10 stars if we could.
Upon arrival we received a code to enter the guest house. Was very easy to do, which was sent via text.
Yes what you get is basic but what you see is what you get, we slept well the room was clean and tidy. With a working TV. Shared kitchen facilities were made available with tea/coffee/milk and bread for toast. Shared but no one was around.
Shower was shared also but again it didn't impact on us because no one was

No working TV, broken light switch held together with tape, hot water Friday and Saturday but not on Sunday, noisy water pipes when other flats ran water, noisy traffic, liquid soap dispenser empty, wardrobe was a plastic hanging rail, poor parking spaces. On the good side, the bed was very comfortable.

Lets face it. This is where you go to stay in Liverpool as cheaply as possible. 4 out of five stars is based purely on the price. We were allowed a four of us in a room. with a camp bed provided by them and a childs airbed brought by us. The cleanliness was okay. 2 minutes walk to Sefton Park and bus link into the city right on the doorstep. The main problem for me was that the curtains were not big enough to fit the window (and also very thin).

All very clean. Available self-catering options. However, it needs more offer top up of milk, jam, coffee, etc. As most of it wasn't available at the time. Generally vey recommended for the price.

Stars for being cheap, Warm & dry. Quite messy & run down. Staff helpful tho. A bit disappointed as the advertised 'every room has own toilet & sink' didn't manifest, so shared facilities. Good WiFi, comfy bed.

My 19 year old daughter organised an early check in and received a confirmation email. Arrived to find no staff and a filthy room not cleaned from previous guests. She politely phoned the manager who was rude, aggressive and told her to leave the premises immediately as she was trespassing or he would call the police. She asked him to phone them so she could show them the booking confirmation etc, she waited for 30 minutes but no one came, she booked another hotel but kept receiving intimidating messages and numerous phone calls which she has screenshots of, please avoid this establishment at all

Very cheap guest house by sefton park. Everything clean and tidy. Coffee, milk and toasts with jam provided in the kitchen. Pity for the neighbors(not guests I think) playing loud music till 5 am both evenings...good but improvable.

Really comfortable bed, great room for the price.
Liked the self check in service just coming and going as I pleased, was very efficient. The only negative to our stay was as we were in room 13 and there is a self catering kitchen right outside the door the noise of people chatting in the kitchen woke me up. Would recommend.
