We invite you to stay in one of our 15 spacious bedrooms, where we will be happy to make your stay enjoyable in a home from home relaxed environment on a short or long term basis.

With excellent transport links for those wishing to visit Liverpool and Chester, we are only 5 minutes drive from the Mersey Tunnels and M53. There is an amazing plethora of interests on the Wirral Peninsular and as we are centrally located we are based in an idyllic location to explore and enjoy all Wirral has to offer.

We have stayed here lots of times it's been a while due to the restrictions so happy to be back home from home so we'll looked after, we go to Liverpool to see family and Maureen and Jim from Ashburton truly feel like family to us. Would definitely recommend this guest house and cannot wait to book in again

If your looking for a comfortable and homely guest house, you can't go wrong with this place! 😊👌. Jim and Moe are very friendly and kind, they are very attentive and enjoy a good natter. My room was a single and was very comfortable. Breakfast was always served promptly and both owners were very accommodating. Book your next stay here you won't regret it all! 😊👍.

It's perfect for us. Have got to know the couple who run this place. We have been coming here at least 3 times a year to visit family nearby, for the last 7 years. I love it! So wonderful!

Beautiful family run guest house. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Free parking on site. Garden area with pond. Close to public transport to Liverpool. Highly recommended

Stayed for three nights and both my wife and myself wished we could of stayed longer. Maureen and Jim were fantastic host and the rooms were good standard and spotless. Jim's breakfast was by far the best we both have ever had in any of the previous hotels. We both would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic two night stay,spotless room as good as any hotel for half the price. Jim and Moe the best hosts ever who make you feel like one of the family. Jim's full English Breakfast just can't be beaten. Can't wait for our next visit.
