Services
Engraved Circular Valve Tags, just like our plant labels are cut to size, they come in many sizes, from 20mm diameter to 60mm (most of the time 40mm is the preferred option). Our tags usually have a service that they are for, CHW for chilled water or HTG for heating, and then numbered from 001 to 200.
At Acorn Engraving we specialise in Engraved Plant Labels for Mechanical and Electrical contractors. All plant labels are tailored to exact specifications, using traffolyte (Formica) material. They are available in a choice of colours, and come with different types of fixings, including holes, brass/chrome/stainless steel chain & connectors, cable ties and/or adhesive backing.
We provide traditional engraved plaques and name plates for all types of offices and businesses. If not engraved, your name plates may be screen printed or vinyl lettered. Fix your engraved name plate to your door, or have it come with one of a variety of door and desk holders. Our commemorative plaques are expertly engraved or etched to suit any occasion available in Brass, Metals or Plastic.
All cut outs can be matched by our skilful engravers, no matter how precise you need the finished product to be. We are experts in precision. All diagrams will be mimicked to the last detail, then printed or engraved. The control panels themselves will be made to match all cut- outs (Circular/Square) to exact dimensions provided.
