Sham is a carer for his Mother, Joy who is over 70 and classified in the vulnerable group. The studio is detached from the house in which Sham and Joy live but it does not have its own lavatory or washing facility and hitherto customers have used those in the house. Sham apologises to all studio customers but especially those engaged in projects still to be completed.
