As a parent it is an anxious time arranging accommodation for your son/daughter.
I would highly recommend Chester Student Rentals. The process of securing accommodation, (viewing , completing documentation) is clearly communicated and any queries are attended to quickly. Communication is fabulous , Kate always responds promptly , whether it is by text, email or phone. On moving day both Kate and Wayne were in attendance as planned and helped with the move in. Very supportive and I genuinely felt reassured that not only had a great house been secured but that my daughter would be looked after

I would highly recommend chester student rentals to students. When we came across this house, Kate and Wayne let us look around the house as much as we wanted. This flexibility allowed all 5 of us to get a feel of the house before committing. We all really liked the house:

I would highly recommend Chester Student Rentals. My son and his girlfriend rented a flat for 2 years from Kate and Wayne. As a parent, as much as you try not to, you worry when they are away at Uni and especially if it's hundreds of miles away and if there are problems, you can't just go and sort them out. Having caring and reputable landlords took away my worries as I know that if any problems arose with the flat, they would be sorted as soon as they could. I wish Kate and Wayne all the success in their business and hope they continue to provide accommodation for Students for many many years

I highly recommend Chester Student Rentals. Kate and Wayne are extremely caring and helpful in any situation! I really liked the house at Meadowside Mews because it is very, very spacious, safe, quiet and has its own parking area. I loved the location because it is not too far from the town centre and amazing for running or cycling. Thank you!

Kate and Wayne have been incredible throughout my time renting one of their houses on Jesmond. Absolutely gorgeous house and they were always extremely helpful whenever any of us needed any help. Both very lovely people and really great landlords. Since being here for a year, we only encountered one little problem which was sorted in an hour. It has been lovely having them as our Landlords.

Wayne and Kate were so helpful during the process of finding a new house and landlord. The house is in impeccable condition, extremely modern with lots of space, and in a safe and quiet area. Any problems that we have had have been sorted within hours. The landlords are so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, the house from the get go was lovely and clean, really spacious and modern decor. Kate and Wayne have been amazing at sorting out any issues we have ( which is very rare since the house is in such good condition). A really lovely and genuine company, I would highly recommend to anyone!
