I rented with MGM between 2018-2021 and have been appalled with the service in the final 6 months. We moved out of our property in July and were informed afterwards that their was an outstanding bill. Throughout the tenancy MGM were responsible for paying the bills (up to a capped limit), their delay in paying the bill has lead to me receiving daily calls from a debt collections agency. We have since taken matters into our hands and paid the bill ourselves just to try and rectify the problem.

MGM Letting have provided an excellent service over the past year. Any issues we have experienced have been sorted within 2 days, sometimes even just a few hours. They have also provided a very fast deposit return as well. I cannot fault MGM Letting at all.

Everyone at MGM have been brilliant this year. They are very quick to respond to emails and sort out any issues straight away. Through the whole year they’ve been really reasonable and fair, and are without a doubt the most reliable agency I’ve come across. I’d highly recommend renting with them to anyone looking for a house in Liverpool.

I cannot recommend MGM strongly enough. I've been with them for 2 years (after using them for one year, we then looked at MGM properties only for our next year as we were so impressed by them). With the covid-19 pandemic, the steps they have taken to keep tenants safe have been fantastic. When maintenance has been required, it has always been dealt with efficiently, and the job is always done properly. All the staff I have spoken with have been very accommodating and keen to help. Having been with 2x other agents before we found MGM, there is just no comparison in their professionalism, efficiency

Was with this company for one academic year and I could not recommend them enough. They were attentive, reliable, great communicators and provided a lovely house. After being let down by a few housing companies/private landlords in Liverpool, this was by far the best letting agency I have been with. Appliances were fixed within 24 hours and questions were answered within the day. Overall I would highly recommend MGM Letting, one of the best for Student accommodation.
