My experience with X1 Lettings was amazing! Samantha Scott found me an amazing new home in just 6 days, a total of 20 email exchanges. She replied almost every email within a few minutes! Other agents told me referencing will take 2 weeks or more, Sam basically said, 'Let's get started and see how it goes'. Recommended 100%!

Just moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at The Terrace in Liverpool and everything is great. It's only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Liverpool and it's a perfect size for an individual like myself or even a couple. X1 have made the whole process extremely simple and helpful from the get-go. Firstly with Angus Whitham during the enquiry and contract phase, and then with Samantha Scott during the moving-in stage, all of my questions and queries were answered promptly and in a really friendly way. They give me confidence that if I have any issues, they will be sorted quickly in future.

Samantha Scott helped me and my girlfriend in finding the perfect apartment for us to move in to.
