I have just let a room out in a house through Chester student lets and have been amazed with the service i have received, i was given a very warm welcome by Vickie who gave me all the details i need and answered all my questions which made me feel prepared to move into the house. The staff were very professional, polite and informative. The houses… are also very modern, homely, clean and have perfect communal areas for socializing and relaxing. I will be recommending Chester student lets to all my friends after this service and will definitely be looking for my house for next year through

As a student I have lived in one of these houses walked In straight away and there was mould I didn't notice straight away and there has been other problems and when trying to sort it out most likely took ages or never happened, it was ok and decent just be careful and if you are considering getting a place make sure you check it top to bottom and make sure your house mates are tidy and if you want to leave the contract take it when you can

Renting a property through CSL was honestly one of the worst decisions I could have made. For the past year we have lived in a house riddled with damp, insects and poor standards of interior decoration. Upon moving into the house the back garden was filled with rubbish bags that smelt like rotting food, which were not removed for a month and were… only removed after threatening to call environmental health. The bathroom window had no lock the whole time we lived there leaving the house vulnerable to intruders, the gas meter was exposed in the living room leaving a large hole around the base

Would not recommend them to anyone after cocking up our contract with the new tenants. Practically forced to move stuff out of a house I had three more weeks in supposedly and yet the new tenants contracts said they got their keys July 1st! Had to rush to get all of my stuff out as new tenants moved in at the same time! Well done csl
