We had a fabulous time at Tabure in Berkhamsted, the welcome from the staff was warm and inviting and they attended to all our needs answering all our questions regarding the menu (we had not previously visited). The food was very tasty and nicely presented and the accompanying wine complimented our meal beautifully. Although we didn't actually need anything after our starters and mains we still decided to order some baklava from the desert menu - a very good decision indeed and it was a perfect end to our meal.
Although we visited on a wet and drizzly Wednesday evening the restaurant was very

Shared a really good night out with some close friends. It was our second time at Tabure together, as we had enjoyed our first trip.
It’s not a typical Turkish restaurant and a lot of the menu has a modern twist. Although initially disappointed I couldn’t enjoy a standard mixed grill, there are several lovely dishes to chose from, particularly seafood based items!
Great vibe, and really attentive staff, will go back again in future.

It was a hidden gem and found by my friend. We went for his marriage anniversary and couldn't be happier more to have chosen this place. Service, food and atmosphere was world class, this place and food is very much different then you everyday average Turkish restaurant. Try and then decide. You have to book online as they have strict booking policy and places are very limited.

Amazing !
This is not your typical Turkish restaurant, The head chef Shwan is passionate and creates his own take on all of his dishes which are all made organic ingredients and made from scratch on site.
Think Michelin star food without the extortionate prices associated with that title.
The ambiance and even the house Turkish wines pairs well with the dishes
Our favourites was the artichokes and the seam bream
