Kensington Park Apartments

I felt compelled to write a review after my most recent stay at Kensington Apartments. I recently stayed in the budget studio, the same one I did when I went 4 months back. It is more than reasonably priced, has an old-worldly feel, and a great internet connection. I wanted to get away and relax; I saw loads of sights and watched some TV. The beds were amazing and I loved my stay. Kensington Park Apartments is one of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Everything from the check in and out to the room was excellent. They clearly value customer service as they made it clear that they were on hand to help in case I needed anything. This is definitely one of the best places I have stayed at.
After a long trip, I got an airport transfer to the building and knew from the first glance that it would be a good place to stay. A gentleman got me in my room swiftly and I didn't have to wait around. I loved the fact that there was a lift, coming and going was a breeze. I thought the authentic decor was great and would definitely stay again if I decide to

I've stayed in places in the past that were fine to use as somewhere to sleep but offered little more than that. Here though, on one of the days it was pouring with rain and I got the chance to relax and watch some TV while I waited for it to pass. It was such a lovely place to stay.

An amazing place to book if you are planning on staying in the area. I was visiting Kensington on business and found this Aparthotel to be just what I was looking for and more. The beds were so comfy and the furniture was so charming. Everything was spotless and you couldn’t ask for nicer people. You get so much for a great price (WiFi, a kitchenette, a great service, super clean rooms). I would highly recommend you stay here too.

If you are looking for a vintage experience, this place is brilliant! The triple studio apartment we had was well-equipped, it had everything me and my friends needed. It felt like a home and we loved being so close to everything. The room was very clean and the maid service made sure it stayed that way. The tube was only a short walk away and we got to see a lot of London during our stay.
If you are looking for somewhere affordable and characterful in a great location, I highly recommend you stay here.

I have actually stayed here before, last time was around 11 months ago and my first stay was 2 years back. I never got around to writing a review but seeing as they are always amazing, especially at reception, I thought they deserved it.
The place has a quirky character which adds to the experience. My family and I got an apartment with a balcony that had a great view of the gardens. I wasn't sure if it would be a good place for a family but it exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Couldn’t have been happier with everything. The place was beautiful with an old charm to it and in such an amazing spot. Cleanliness is clearly important to these people and the service was astounding in the best possible way. I didn't expect much as I was just looking for somewhere to crash but they went above and beyond. The beds were amazing too.

This is one of the best places I have ever booked at. Amazing beds, top notch staff, what more could you want from somewhere to stay? Everything was perfect and I thought the rooms were fantastic. The staff were so helpful and the location is superb, so many great places nearby. I highly recommend.

Extremely small bathrooms, mouldy carpet and curtains, our room had a leak from the plumbing in the room above. The three bedroom apartment downstairs was terrible. One room used to be a hallway with two single beds end to end with barely enough room to walk down the side. One room was a converted conservatory with no insulation and no privacy from the apartment above. The desk is rarely manned and when the fire alarm went off and everyone evacuated, a guest had to go back in and reset the alarm following the instructions received over the phone from the owners.
