The service here was great. They helped me get a gym pass and were very responsive to my questions. The flat was very nice, though there was a strange column in the kitchen that blocked part of the counters. They clean every Monday and do a good job. Nice little welcome basket to get you setup initially.

The only real let down was the welcome pack they advertise on the website, it's £10 worth of stuff not £80. Everything else is good, an alarm went off in the building twice, but the team were there quickly to investigate. Really good windows, the gas main outside was being dug up when I arrived, the double windows kept the noise to a minimum
