My family and I stayed at these apartments and had an exceptional stay. Staff get to know you on a first name basis & These are little things that you won't get in bigger hotels. Our apartment was very clean, felt very luxurious and obviously well kept. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who likes the comforts of home but in the center of the city centre. Thank you.

Always a pleasure to stay there, great service, helpful staff, very clean and would not stay anywhere else in London. The owner Ginette is very helpful and welcomed us, she answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. Lady in charge is absolutely disgusting. The rudest person I've ever come across. Disgraceful customer service.

The business owner is a horrible woman and very very rude - screaming down the phone at me because I happened to ask too many questions apparently.
