Ordered the item for someone’s leaving present, the order said next day delivery which was great as it would have been enough time before the person left. 4 days later I was left in the embarrassing position of the item not getting to the recipient before they left. I chased and the customer services is poor, lack of replay snd when Amy- Sales & Customer Services Manager did contact me back I was told the order sent through on their old website and the order wasn’t processed!! I was promised it would be rectified and the item shipped the next day. I told the recipient to expect it and it didn’t
