I have ordered various clothing (hoodies, polo shirts, hats etc) this year for my business, and I have always been really happy with what I have received. I have also had large car magnets done with my logo on, which are brilliant and very effective!

I order polo shirts for my students each year. The order is handled quickly and efficiently. Beth and Annie do an excellent job at making sure the order is accurate and Beth’s advice on products has been invaluable. The quality of the products is excellent. Nightmare to deal with phoned about my already late order to be told be with me next day, a week later it still hadn't arrived phoned back to be told it had been sat on a desk for a week. Paid £7 for next day delivery was told they would refund this due to actually taking a week for delivery but received nothing.

* Kit never arrived *
After placing an order in November, we were never even given an estimated delivery date or a purchase conformation form. In January I got told that the factory that the company used had been sold but apparently they were unaware of this. I was told that the order would carry on as normal. Two weeks later I was then told that they did not know where the kit order was in China and would have to wait until after Chinese New Year had passed before we could be sent our order. No other factories in Europe could process the order apparently so we would have to wait.
