We own a large house in Newquay which we let out during the summer months. I contacted Georgia as we needed a company to clean the house after guests left and to prepare it ready for the next guests. The whole process has been easy and professional. I don't have to think about a thing. Flint sort everything from dishwasher tablets to the lovely crisp white bedding.

I arrived unexpectedly as the weather was good and on my arrival was blown away by how lovely the house looked. Everything was spotless. And flint add little touches that shout out quality. I would happily recommend flint as a company to care for your home and will talk to anyone who wants a verbal reference.

Exciting news We have moved into a new office at Treloggan Trade Park, Newquay. This has enabled us to grow more as a company, however, still offer a bespoke service to all our existing and new property home owners. We at flint holiday home management are very particular, we know how important it is to have your property immaculately clean and tidy for your guests arrival. Our team at Flint take pride in their work, the attention to detail is of paramount importance to us and yourselves giving us an edge over our Competition.
Our staff are trained and use checklists to enure that everything expected of a Changeover has not been missed before the Property is left for guest arrival.

We pride ourselves in the work we do and our changeovers are one of our most popular services, each task is then carried out in order, ensuring nothing is missed and discovered by the incoming guest, our checklist allows our cleaners to work through each room, vacuuming and cleaning, changing bed linen and preparing the property for the next guest arrival.
Caretaker and Routine maintenance tailor made to the holiday house letting market. Our maintenance officer will carry out and check your property dealing with any small maintenance issues that have arisen.

We will report any issues that are not covered under our routine maintenance schedule and ensure that any tradesmen work is carried out to the work specification, ensuring no hidden charges and that the Property left in a clean and fit condition.

We have used this company for more than three years. The cleaning is second to none, demonstrated by the number of independent reviews I get, specifically, mentioning how clean my property is. Having used other companies in the past I can honestly say their housekeeping team are the best around. Communication and attention to detail is excellent. Callouts where necessary are dealt with speedily and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

If you have a Holiday let and are thinking about this company to do your changeovers please please please stop and find someone else!
This company has caused me no end of problems. They are unprofessional, their cleaners don't do a good job and i'm surprised they're still even in business. AVOID!

I don’t know about their cleaning skills but if it’s anything like their driving then I assume fast but not very good. It isn’t very clever to drive that dangerously in branded vehicles.

I have been provided with an excellent and reliable service during COVID 19 summer season. My property was cleaned to a very high standard by caring staff who evidently took great pride in their work. I did not need to worry or check the work completed. Thank you

A lovely experience from the onset. Beautifully represented holiday home especially the attention to detail paid with regards to the standard of cleaning and a warm welcome hamper left for our arrival . Professional Prompt and helpful friendly service , would highly recommend .

Appalling treatment. Shoddy, unprofessional, incompetent. Three separate holiday groups complained of dirt in the house when they arrived. We have cameras on the drive and discovered one Saturday that only half an hour was spent doing the whole changeover! Another time, a family, after a long drive, were sent away as house not ready. Responses to our concerns raised ranged from disinterested to hurtful and damaging. They refuted pretty much everything we brought up and were at pains to muster any sort of apology.
