The service of thinkhomes is very bad. I live here since 4 years and they haven’t repaired the damp and mold in my living room which is unfit to live in. Actually the dampness is in the whole house and you see the water marks on every wall. To live here is very dangerous for our health and they don’t care.
The fireplaces have been switched off by the gas man for leaking gas and landlord hasn’t fixed it yet.
My electricity bill has increased so much because I had to buy electric heaters to warm the house and two dehumidifiers which fill up rapidly. The smell in the house in poisonous and
