Services
We have a dedicated project management team who will liaise with you, your tenants, and the contractors to ensure a job well done. We offer an all round service; from initial discussions, accurate quotations, quality materials and tradesmen, and project management. We will ensure that the project meets all compliance areas, and quality and control, all whilst keeping you and your tenants happy and in the know.
RNL understand that every Landlord is different in their requirements. We are very fortunate and pleased to have an excellent client base, from established property developers to retired couples looking for an extra income. We work closely with our clients to offer a tailor made management service to suit them.
Landlord statements are processed in time for payment by the 18th day of each month. If this date falls on a weekend, payment will be sent on the last working day prior to this. You have the option of receiving your statements via email or post, and your payments can be issued by bank transfer or cheque - just send us the details and we'll do the rest!
Unfortunately some may encounter issues from time to time. We offer a 24/7 service so you can rest assured that our team is always on hand to discuss and assist. Maintenance requests should be logged online by clicking 'Make Request'. This will be sent through to our live system, which we aim to allocate to a worker within 24 hours.
This may be due to low pressure on your boiler. 1. Locate the pressure gage on your boiler (this will be on the front of the boiler and will look like half a clock). 2. The pressure should be between 1 and 1.5. If this is not the case you will need to locate the filling loop - this will be underneath the boiler, where you will see copper pipes running downwards from the boiler.

**AVOID** Before i make a review i feel the need to point out that The manager for this firm **STEVEN WARD** is by far the most obnoxious arrogant man child i have ever come across,a complete slimy individual with a bad attitude and over all just a terrible human being....One of if not the worst property management agency's i have ever had to deal with in over 20 years.From they get go ive had nothing but problems from them and after being nothing but an A+ tenant they decided to make me homeless without any compassion or help.Never want to do the right thing for the tenant whether that is any

Absolutely awful company! Once you sign with red door let’s you are handed over to rnl to deal with for your whole tenancy. One the first day we moved in not only had the house clearly not been cleaned but the oven, shower and one of the beds was completely broken. It took two and a half weeks for them to fit us a new oven and a couple of months to replace the bed! We have had countless problems with the house throughout the tenancy with some electricity box actually blowing up and a leaving a massive hole in the wall (that also took weeks to fix) and a leak (that again took weeks to fix) that

Avoid at all costs!
When it came to renewing my contract the rent was increased by £150 for a property that was not worth that at all.
Once I left the property at the end of the tenancy it has taken me over 3 months to get my original deposit back. This was after months of unanswered emails to which I eventually threatened with legal action where I finally got a response.

Poor Management process of rental property - enabled a property to begin occupation that had not been cleaned, had damaged furniture, triffid like growth in the garden, an oven that was filthy & without control or temperature markings, insist that their lack of initial responsibility is the duty of the new tenants to report as maintenance, not accepting that the poor condition was a failure of their duty to ensure the new tenancy commences trouble free, and exasperates the situation with a tardy response to deal with the issues - AVOID DEALING WITH AT ALL COSTS!!! -

We signed with red door let's and were off-loaded to RNL management - seemingly so that they can pass all liability onto their sister company.
Our house is being charged £360 out of our deposits when we have literally left the house in a far better condition than how we found it (black mould, showers broken, holes in walls and more).
When we left we cleaned the entire house very thoroughly and over a month after moving out our house is being charged a lot of money for generic fees such as general clean. This is not something that was necessary nor to come out of a deposit

If you like lobed being messed about and hearing lies this is the place for you. I have requested my deposit back over a month ago, they said it will take 2 weeks to come through. It is now a month later and still no payment.
They also send their deposits by cheque which is absolutely ridiculous. They had only sent it on the 7th of September Eventhough I requested it back on the 4th of August. I have bills to pay and need my money. Now I have to suffer because their inability to cooperate and function as a company.
They do not care about their customers and only want your money. Sadly I can't

It's hard to know where to start with my terrible experiences of RNL. First off, I never agreed to have RNL as property managers - nobody really does, they're a faceless 'sister company' of Red Door Lets and Haus who take over the management of your property without much transparency or explanation after you've already signed elsewhere - a confusing set up seemingly designed to provide letting agents and landlords with someone to pass the book to whenever things inevitably go wrong.
(I also find it quite funny to see the names of employees from their sister companies leaving RNL 5 star reviews

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
They refuse to do repairs, then serve you a Section 21 eviction notice when you complain. At Montpelier Terrace a few tenants who were isolating even ended up hospitalised because of the damp and mould which had been painted over. Leeds slumlording at it's very worst.

I have received nothing but outstanding service from this company, all issues I’ve ever had have been resolved in an extremely efficient manner. Emails are responded to swiftly, and everybody on the team is super friendly and very happy to help. My fridge stopped working and that very same day a brand new replacement was fitted within 2 hours!! Can’t recommend them enough!
