We will put as much time and effort into filling a 14 hour RGN shift as we would a 2 hour shift for a support worker to assist a resident to the doctors. Our team are on hand 24 hours a day 365 days a year to fill shifts and answer any queries you may have. With access to emails outside of office hours, even if you're too busy to pick up the phone you will still be able to contact us via our email - which you can find in the "Contact Us" tab.

We are a specialist Recruitment Company that provides staffing solutions to a wide variety of clients in the healthcare sector, from small independent residential care homes to large nursing homes and private hospitals, and everything in between. Our aim is to become a leading provider of human resources and training solutions to the healthcare sector across the South of the UK.
Each month we choose 1 or 2 members of our staff - Health Care Assistants, RGNS, RMNS, or Team Leaders to be our stars of the month. We gather feedback from the care and nursing homes we send them to as well as their colleagues, we either take the winning candidates out to lunch or organise a special treat for them.
This recruitment process is over and above the minimum standards that are set by the CQC and for our clients piece of mind, a profile will be supplied as part the service requirement. Once they have gone through the recruitment process and are a HCA, Team leader, RMN or RGN for Blissful Healthcare we ensure they update their training regularly with either practical training, online training or training workshops.
Some people with Health problems and or Learning disabilities would rather live in their own home and have more control over the care they receive, as well as having more choice, supported living gives service users more independence and confidence. Whether they live alone and have visits throughout the day by Carers and or Nurses, or if they choose to have a live in carer, the choice is placed in their hands.
We send our Carers to Day centres for service users who have the desire to enjoy a day out, share a cooked lunch and join in with activities, but now find themselves less able to get out unaccompanied.
Our Support workers are trained in promoting independence and assisting with service users who are able to do most things by themselves but just need a little help, or even just to give the service users that extra confidence knowing there are people there to look after them.
