The Clarendon Practice employs a range of clinically effective therapeutic tools to overcome psychological and life related problems. For some people, it is helpful to talk to someone outside their immediate family and if this is the case a professionally trained therapist may be the person to help you by providing an opportunity to explore, discover and clarify ways of working through a problem.
A trained therapist is there to help identify problem thinking, feelings and behaviours that are currently influencing your life in a dysfunctional way and making you unhappy and this may predispose you to feeling you are not in control of your life.
