This kennels has a great location but that's it, what goes on behind the scenes is very different and upsetting.
The dogs are left locked up from 5pm to 8am usually with wet bedding as the water tap to fill their bowls is positioned over their beds? This wasn't changed regularly and the dogs had coughs which were being ignored.
Their is one washing machine and no dryer so for what clients are paying your service isnt matched with the price.
The walks are short and extremely stressful for the dogs who to me were not happy or was their welfare of paramount importance.
Keep yoyr dog at home

Our two spaniels love going to Pridelands Kennels both for boarding and 'Doggie Day-care'. We have always had the most positive experience with all the lovely, caring staff over the last few years of sending our beloved pets to Pridelands. Our dogs are always excited when we arrive and come home well exercised and content. Every request or instruction has always been met and we highly recommend Pridelands to all.

WOW! I cant thank the staff at Pridelands enough for always caring for my little Tilly with the upmost care. Every time I arrive, Tilly runs in with utter excitement, and is always greeted with open arms from the lovely caring staff. My Tilly suffers from quite a few health issues including Glaucoma in her eye. Pridelands staff have always kept on top of all her needs and requirements. Tilly also requires a specialist diet and can easily lose weight due to stress, however because of the outstanding care of the pridelands team this has never happened in their care.
I cant recommend them enough

I have been so impressed with Pridelands. We've got a very energetic 2 year Border Collie and Pridelands came recommended to us. The process before the stay reassured us - we were able to have so much choice about the walking and her involvement with other dogs. Our dog seems to have lost all recall and I was a little nervous about making sure that she stays on the lead for her walk but Pridelands were completely on top of everything and listened to our requirements.
The staff are really great - friendly, professional and understanding. Perhaps the best proof of how good her stay at Pridelands

Our Goldendoodle Luna has been going to Daycare a couple of days a week for the last year now. She absolutely loves it! All the staff are very friendly and Luna is always happy to see them. Doggie daycare is a great way to socialise your puppy too, Luna was 4 months old when she started.
It means she's not sat at home on her own when we are both out at work for the day. Can't recommend this enough.

My one year old Great Dane has been coming here once a week for daycare since he was a few months old and has had two extended stays in that time. He obviously LOVES the time he spends at Pridelands as evidenced by his leaping out of the car every time we arrive!
The socialising with other dogs is great for him. Credit to the hard working team here too, it’s obvious they all care very much about their work and the animals they look after. A one year old Great Dane isn’t an easy dog to look after and mine can be particularly badly behaved but every week they greet me with a smile. They’ve

We have been using Prideland for 10 years now.
For Patterjack Kevin. Kevin is a nervous dog, and they take care to exercise him one-to-one with another dog. No more. At our request. He goes in with his rug and his toys, and the latest praise for them is that due to South Africa suddenly going onto the red list, Kevin ended up with an extra 2 1/2 weeks with them. I was in pieces. Pridelands kept me updated with photos and videos to show me that he was okay. We collected him today, he couldn’t have been happier to see us any more than we were to see him. Thank you Prideland for taking such good

I have 3 small dogs , one of which is very nervous. All 3 boarded here recently for 2 weeks.
I had a look around prior to dropping the dogs off, and the staff were lovely and friendly and the kennels nice, clean and welcoming.
Nothing was too much trouble and my dogs had a lovely time!
They even sent me videos of my nervous dog playing with the others. He loved the interaction.
I will definitely be returning with my poochies and thanks to Pridelands for taking such good care of them.

We left our 1yr old dog with Pridelands Kennels for a 12 night stay. On arrival at the kennels to collect him it was patently obvious he was extremely unwell. As far as the staff we’re concerned he was just tired from playing with the other dogs. He had been bathed and left out in the open, wet. We were told to take him home and let him rest. This seriously makes us question their ability to offer competent care.
On arrival at home he was so unwell we took him straight to the vets where he was found to have a temp of 40.5 degrees C and suffering shallow breathing and coughing. He was admitted
