Wellbeing Naturally
Sports Massage Therapy will help with sore, pulled, sprained or strained muscles and nagging short and long term aches and pains. You may have taken a knock in a game of rugby or over exerted yourself on the tennis court; you may have a sore back from gardening or raking up the leaves or developed a sore neck from sitting at your computer for too long at home or in the office.

Perhaps you are in the latter stages of your pregnancy and seem to have developed carpal tunnel syndrome. Frustratingly, a trip to the doctor may not produce much more than a prescription for a painkiller and a recommendation to 'take it easy' for a few days. Clinical massage directly addresses complaints typically associated with sport injuries, work & lifestyle aches and pains and discomfort during pregnancy.
Services
Based in Newbury, Berkshire. I have been helping clients with their injuries, long term pain and wellbeing for 21 years. I am trained and insured to carry out a variety of treatments, including Sports Massage Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Through out my career as a Massage Specialist I have taken many courses to increase my knowledge and understanding so that I can help you.
If I can offer help, self care advice or a rehabilitation exercise plan, please get in touch. Since going to see Sue the first time, I have never looked back when needing assessments on various sports injuries and problem pains. She seems to have this uncanny ability of finding the triggers and not only eradicates them but provides advice and a way forward to make life a little easier!
Whether you have had an accident, a sporting or an over use injury, Sports massage therapy can help you be free of pain and discomfort. Clinical Massage is an excellent treatment for many aches and pains and you will be amazed by the results. Back pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, stiff neck and shoulders- an endless list, can all be helped with massage.
At some point in your pregnancy you may begin to have aches and pains and sometimes headaches. Regular massage in pregnancy can really help to ease you through this amazing journey. It can reduce stress and worry, decrease swelling in ankles/legs and arms/hands and help with muscle and joint discomfort.
Below are the prices and packages that I offer to help you save money and get the treatments that will really help you. It's a great way to save and to ensure you or your friend feel great. When you take your therapy treatments is up to you, but I will book you in as quickly as I can. If you have benefited and feel better after your first appointment please could you like my Facebook page and leave a comment?

I called during lockdown. Despite being closed Susan called me back within an hour. She then spent a good 15-20 minutes talking through my symptoms, suggesting exercises and followed up with an email with further information. I had never contacted Susan before so I was pleasantly surprised by the time and advice she gave for free! I would definitely use and recommend. Great service 👏👏

Professional approach to treating the whole person. Looking at causes and not just treating symptoms but giving advice as to how to treat your body with respect and the knowledge as to what to do. She will make a difference.
