Of course we want to see you reach your goals but that doesn't mean we have to resort to holding a cane in front of you in order to get results.
As a qualified Hypnotherapist & certified Neo-Ericksonian Hypnotist, Lee Busby DHP Acc. Hyp. will help you to achieve your goals whether that means pain management, removing a phobia or one of many other problems that can be treated with hypnotherapy sessions. Perhaps you've tried every other treatment and you don't know where else to turn or perhaps you've been referred by a patient of ours who has already received successful treatment from us.
Sports massage can reduce pain and discomfort, and lower the risks of encountering further problems. When muscles are stressed they inhibit blood flow, impeding the distribution of oxygen and nutrients around the body. As a result toxins build up in the muscle and they become inflamed. A sports massage helps loosen muscle tissues.
There is an intelligence & sensitivity about the way Lee trains people. He has an almost sixth sense in knowing how far (or not!) to push you. His dedication to fitness & the science of the sport is, without question, fundamental to Lee. He has helped me with my nutrition & keeping a food diary & after 18 months of training with Lee for only one hour per week, I have gone down 2 dress sizes, can't say fairer than that.

Suffered from chronic shoulder/neck pain, Lee gave me sports massage sessions and after just the first session I felt immediate relief and for the first time in ages got more movement back, after several more sessions my shoulder and neck are back to normal and stronger than before after some useful PT sessions also with Lee to strengthen the supporting muscles. Thank you!!

Diana is just inspirational and motivational!
I was one of those girls who hated PE, I was so insecure and hated the way my body moved. I was always afraid to step into anywhere active and have people stare at me even if they weren't! Diana has not only helped my physical appearance but also developed my mind and boosted my confidence 10fold.

Absolutely amazing . My wife and I have been training with Lee for nearly a year now and the results are evident . Lee is an amazing trainer! I've been fortunate to train with him for a number of years now. Always reliable, punctual and friendly. Variety to the training regimes, no session is exactly alike, while building up the challenge incrementally over time for continued improvement and keeping you motivated. He has a mobile gym with all the fitness gear you could ask for, from weights to chin-up bars to boxing.
Lee focuses on correct technique and good form from day 1 and carefully tailors the sessions to your current abilities, which means you don't end up hurting yourself or teaching yourself bad habits

Lee has been training me for several months, and every training session is different so I never get tired of exercising. He is very professional and easy to get on with.
I have noticed a big improvement in my fitness levels at work and in general. I would definitely recommend Lee to anyone.
