We would highly recommend Gareth James who we instructed for the sale of our flat in Peckham Rye. We had previously not had a great experience with other larger estate agents in the area and so we decided to instruct Gareth James who know the area well. We just began renting our flat in Nunhead with Gareth James and the whole process has been the best estate agent experience we've ever had by far. Gareth James provided a really professional, efficient service and were really helpful when I was looking for a new flat. I wasn't local to the area and Tom went the extra mile to secure a viewing for me at short notice on the only day I was available.
Throughout the process of making an offer, referencing and managing the move-in process, Tom was speedy to respond to queries and kept me informed at all times.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We had a very positive experience with Gareth James and particularly Tomos Lloyd. Tom was very helpful throughout the whole process and was there every time we needed him or had any questions. Would highly recommend renting through Gareth James and should we need to in the future we can hopefully move with them again!

Absolute sharks. Overpriced, and you are given the impression that 1) they are a company that do not understand how to do their jobs, and 2) that even if they did, they still wouldn't because they care so little about the tenants that they house. Incompetent at even the most basic tasks - they repeatedly used the excuse that they emailed the old tenants when failing to inform us of various work they did to the house. If you choose to rent from them, you will have to ask various members of staff for a task to be carried out, you will be told that your property has a different manager on a regular
