Do not buy from this company. I’m honestly trying to save you from the worst builders and after care experience. It’s like buying a paper house, the build is super cheap and they will double your service charge each year to make money. They have a bunch of fools working for them to can’t even answer emails. Unless you want to be miserable your whole life, do not spend your good hard earn cash with these suited criminals. That’s me putting it nicely. I own a flat in Surrey Quays and I wish I’d never gone this Galliard
