Most of our members play for fun in friendly games against other clubs throughout the season, and if you want more of a challenge there are club matches and competitions. We also host a variety of social activities for our members. All ages are welcome, so come along and join us.

The extension of our pavilion in 2008 meant that we could play short mat bowls in the clubhouse in the winter months. Rollup sessions are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays starting at 2.00pm. On Friday mornings we have organised a league among member teams - starting at 10.00am. The club plays in the South Bucks Triples League and the Single Mat League.
Our Chosen charity this year is The Daisy Garland Charity, which was set up in 2004 after little Daisy Garland died aged 6 as a result of SUDEP ( sudden and unexplained death in epilepsy patients).Their aim is to offer help and support to those whose lives are touched by drug resistant epilepsy.
They help in too many ways to list here, but perhaps one of the most notable is the funding of Ketogenic Dieticians to work in NHS hospitals throughout the UK.Each Daisy Garland Ketogenic dietitian costs up to 45.000 per annum. Along with dietary and menu advice, the biggest impact the Daisy Garland Charity has had in our lives is the funding of the ketogenic dieticians at Great Ormond Street Hospital who have supported us.

Affliated to our Club is Chesham Pioneers Blind and Partially Sighted Bowling Club who play every Wednesday morning. The Pioneers play matches against similar clubs as well as normal sighted clubs and consist of players who are visually impaired. There is always a warm welcome for new members and knowledge of the game is not important as training is provided.
