My car broke down and I had to book online it was short notice so I wasn't expecting much but mark was welcoming showed me around and explained the covid policy, the room was lovely breakfast was great checkout was at 10 but my lift home wasn't till 1.30 so mark offered the use of the lounge rather than kick me out into snow the actions of a true gentleman

Our second stay at this establishment. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, with lots of information on what to see and do. The rooms are clean and well equipped, with a good range served for breakfast in the mornimgs.
Top Tip though, which Mark will no doubt mention at check in, reserve a place for dinner. Aviemore is only small, and even into October, dinner was difficult to find due to every restaurant being booked up.

Absolutely perfect stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer! Mark was so welcoming and friendly it felt like a home from home, he was wonderful with our children. The room was spotless, comfy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was amazing and all the other staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was fabulous. You can see how much love and hard work has gone into every detail of this beautiful place. We will be back again thanks Mark!

Was a nice little stop off on the was through. Stayed here a night but quite easily could of stayed here one more night and one less in Inverness. Hosts very nice and out of the 6 different place we stayed on our weeks holiday I'd say this was the cleanest. Great hosts welcoming and very informative. The room was nice and location was close enough to walk to get a bite to eat. If I'm being fussy I felt the bacon on the pancakes could have been streaky bacon but that's just a personal opinion and take away from this lovely stay.

We only used this hotel as a stop-over but glad we did- very nice, clean hotel, situated on the main Street, close enough for the town's amenities. The owner met us on arrival and was very welcoming advising us to book somewhere to eat (contact numbers in reception) and also advised where to get a drink on the night.
Room was very clean and had all the facilities expected.
We had a full Scottish cooked breakfast in the hotel which was very nice ( views of the mountains) and set us up for the day.
Overall, even though we only stayed one night, we enjoyed the stay - very good hotel and Aviemore
