I’ve just completed my DAS training here and can’t recommend or praise them enough. Really helpful and friendly bunch that have a bit of laugh with you to help your nerves. The instruction from both Danny and Ian was brilliant, a huge thanks to them both. They both gave constant feedback to help you improve and build your confidence.
I’ll be heading back soon to book in on the advanced riders course!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Instructors Dan and Chris both superb in different ways. Excellent knowledge, tuition and Mod 1 and 2 training paced correctly with a 2 to 1 ratio. All done with a bit of ‘grown up’ humour that created a few laughs throughout the few days. Passed both tests first time thanks to the instructors dedication.

My girlfriend Fiona switched to Shires after a disappointing experience with Circuit based Training. At first we were nervous as she would have to get used to a different bike she was previously training on. But it was well worth it. The training was great! I then joined her today for the enhanced rider scheme which I recommend to everybody as it’s subsidised by the council and teaches you how to ride safer and position yourself properly. Despite having 10 years riding experience I felt I learnt a lot from this experience and Fiona as a new rider gained more confidence. Thank you everyone at

The best place to start or to improve your riding skills. They are excellent proffesionals and they offer a variety of courses. All team staff is highly skilled and trained with many years of experience. They will go the extra mile for you and they will make sure you understand everything and feel comfortable. All my questions were answered and I even received tips on how to improve my skills. From logistic point of view, they have new modells of motorbikes, jackets and helmets with Bluetooth. I highly recommend this place and definitely i will go back if needed.

I did my CBT with Shires Motorcycle Training Leicester Ltd this week. I had never been on a bike before so i had some confidence issues but they have a great team of staff who are awesome people and thanks to their quality training, I left feeling confident safe and happy. I highly recommend them, great bunch of people, professional, friendly and I look forward to more training in the future!

Used Shires today to complete my CBT. Instruction was extremely comprehensive and clear, all done in a relaxed environment which really puts you at ease. No hesitation in the road ride after the very through training. I even got to take out a 650cc bike and got one 2 one tuition during my road ride. Chris the instructor was fantastic. Extremely professional, gave really simple easy to follow guidance and made a huge difference to my confidence. Will most definitely be using them to compete the rest of my bike training.

Shires motorcycle training centre is doing good job. It is near by the Beaumont centre and linked with The Lions. On site parking available for visitors and you can access through bus as well and drops you at Beaumont centre just 6-7 mint walking distance.
They have qualified and friendly team members with number of machines from 50cc moped to 600cc. But they have majority of 125cc manual riding machines and during my visit I found only 2 moped bikes, may be they have more but haven't found there at the time.
