Found out today from office rumour and NOT from NRS that their holiday year ends in March and they have a 'use it or lose it' policy. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AS AN AGENCY WORKER.

Rarely respond to emails regarding important issues. Have to chase constantly. Once got told that because they had 700 employees, that they don't have time to respond to 1. Having worked for various companies with staff numbers ranging from 12 to 220000, never heard this poor excuse before. I can't wait for a better position to come up so I don't have to rely on NRS
