Next time dont stop me at Lidl and dont ask why i give you that review who are you any way to do that ?? hmm?? because you know why ect, is totaly unprofessional behaviour from you as agent worker ect, you tricked as for extra 1000 £ and you know that. If we will know the law in UK better we will never give you that money never !!!!! totaly Dogy Agnecy Be Aware !!!! watch other 1 star review is not first time happen !!!!! i Feel that is mistake that we dont reported Ashan Property Ltd to the Property Ombudsman that is the way to deal with this Agency

As a very recent, new landlord to the area I communicated with over 10 agents & property management companies to determine which I thought would provide me the best service to let out and manage my new property. Outstanding company!! In 2009, I moved my aging mother to the USA and needed to rent out her house. The Ashan folks came by, made specific recommendations as to what needed to be fixed up to rent the property, and recommended an appropriate rate to expect. After some fairly extensive redecorating arranged by Ashan, the place looked brand new and was successfully rented out in Jan 2010. I would recommend these folks without hesitation for all your Landlord/Rental needs. When one lives overseas, it is nice to be able to rely on an excellent property management company. Ashan is that company!
